How to set up fallback messages?

Fallback messages are handy when your users ask something that the bot cannot respond to.

😎 Use the fallback messages to let the user know exactly how their questions will be handled. For example, "Oops! Guess I'm not an expert at everything, but your human lecturer will be notified immediately and will get back to you within the next working day." 

  1. Navigate to the "Channels" tab
  2. Click on "Small Talk"
  3. Under the "Fallback" section click on the message to edit
    You can have multiple fallback messages to make the conversation more interesting
  4. You can also give students more options by adding buttons to existing knowledge

  5. Once you're done click "Save"
