How to select different personas?

Agent Persona is a way to give your chatbot a personality or assign a specific role. Follow the steps below to know how:

1. Navigate to the "Channels" tab.

2. Click on "General Settings", and under Agent Persona, select a persona of your choice.

3. After selecting, click "Save Settings".

There are two personas available, the Learning Companion and the Learning Facilitator.
