I want to create my own Question-Answer pair for Knowledge

You can easily add your own Question-Answer pair to Knowledge.

To include a question-answer pair in a Knowledge topic, follow these steps:

1. In the "Knowledge Tab", click "+Add" and select "Create from Scratch."

2. Type in the question in the "Questions" tab and make sure to click "Next."

3. Type in the answer under "Answers" tab and don't forget to click "Add" then click "Save."

4. This question-answer pair will be listed under the Knowledge tab, so when students ask that question to Walter, it will be able to respond!
