How do you set up greetings to 'say hello' to your users when they first start chatting?
👋 A good practice is to use your greeting message to set expectations on what your teaching bot can do. For example, "Hello! I'm your History tutor. You can use me to review important history notes and test your knowledge."
- Navigate to the "Channels" tab
- Click on Small Talk
- Under the "Greeting" section, click on the edit icon
You can edit the greeting or add multiple greetings. Users will see a random greeting from the added messages every time they start chatting!
