Here is a quick step-by-step video guide on how to create a conversation flow.

1. Navigate to the conversation flow page
2. Open the menu on the right side to access knowledge
3. Drag and drop Q&A sets onto the conversation flow
4. Quizzes can also be added, if you choose
5. Delete any unnecessary knowledge from the flow using the red ‘x’ button
6. Forms can be added the same way as Q&A and quizzes
7. Test your setup to make sure it functions how you intend!
