How students can access the quizzes?
There are 3 ways students can access the quizzes.
1. When a quiz is created, it automatically creates a trigger phrase for the quiz, which is the quiz name. So, if your quiz is named "Sport nutrition" - the trigger phrase would be "Sport nutrition quiz". The student can just type "Sport nutrition quiz" and the quiz would be triggered. You can find trigger phrases in the Knowledge section.
2. You can also add buttons using the conversation flow. To get to the conversation flow screen, go to the Knowledge page.
In conversation flow, open your menu of knowledge by selecting the icon with lines and opening the drop down within to find the knowledge you would like to add. Next, drag and drop the knowledge you would like to add to the conversation tree.
Once you have added it to your conversation tree, your students will have direct access to it. Make sure to check the student portal to ensure that it is set up how you want it. On your student’s portal it will then look something like this:
3. You can also add a quick access button if you have a quiz that you want to push to the students. Go to Channels - General Settings - Custom Button, and you can name the button and select where the button points to.
Once you save the Settings, the button will always be visible at the top right hand corner of the chatbot screen.
