How can I create quizzes from imported knowledge?

How to create quizzes from your imported knowledge and how to add it to the conversation flow.

Under quizzes, select create a quiz. Then, name the quiz and create a format for the quiz to take. You can always adjust these settings later as well. You will next be asked how you would like to create this quiz. The first option is to create it from imported knowledge. If you would like to use another source, you can select that instead.  

When selecting ’create from imported knowledge’, you will then select the document(s) you would like to use to create the quiz. Next, click on select documents to generate your quiz.  

On the next page you can generate more questions from your imported knowledge, delete unwanted questions and finally proceed to the quiz editor. On the quiz editor you will be able to edit individual questions and answers along with adding your own questions from scratch.  

This is the page you will see when editing your quiz. The top section is where you can toggle between question editing and quiz editing. At the right side of each question will have the option to edit that question and answer and delete the question entirely. At the bottom of the quiz, you also have the option to create your own questions from scratch. To save the quiz and return to the admin portal, click on return to manage quizzes. You have created your quiz! You can now add it to your conversation flow or export it.
