How can I create a knowledge base for my chatbot?

1. Log in to the admin portal and navigate to the knowledge page
2. Select the module you would like to add documents to 
3. Click "+Add" and "Create from Document", select the document you would like to add to your knowledge base, and hit "Upload Document(s)"
4. Toggle summary options to fit your needs (Brief, balanced, or detailed)
5. You may review the summary for any inconsistencies or skip by toggling "Skip Summary Review" before clicking "Generate Knowledge"
6. Review, add, and edit the Q&A set that is created
7. Make sure to click "Link Questions" after hitting "Save to Knowledge" and then decide if you would like to add a quiz for the students to complete once they have gone through the review questions
8. Add your questions and/or test to the conversation flow to ensure your students can easily access them
9. Make sure to test your setup on the student portal!
