Document preview not working

Document preview does not seem to be working

Currently, our platform supports the upload of .docx, pdf, and .pptx documents. Uploading different types of document aside from these formats will not be accepted by the platform.

 ❗Please note that .doc and .ppt are binary file formats used by Microsoft before 2007. As older versions, there might be issues in uploading them. Converting your current documents to our supported file types will help ensure that our platform can process them effectively.
